Come posso installare un gioco?
Inserisci il disco, vai su ''I miei giochi'' sulla dash. Selezioni Xbox 360 games e seleziona il gioco. Quindi installalo sull'Hard disk.

Quali sono i vantaggi?
In Molti giochi i tempi di caricamento vengono diminuiti, alcuni più di altri. L'unità disco non ''lavora'' quando un gioco è installato, quindi la console è più silenziosa. In teoria è generato meno calore e l'unita ottica dura più a lungo. Quasi tutti i giochi si avviano più velocemente.

Posso avviare il gioco senza avere bisogno del disco?
No, la console ha bisogno del disco per una verifica del gioco.

E' importante il tipo di console che ho?
Si, anche se solo leggermente. Tutte le console con HDD possono usufruire dell'installazione di un gioco ma una console con un HDD da 120GB sarà leggermente più veloce.

non lo so precisamente io ho solo tradotto... anche a me sembra strano ma pare sia così...

EDIT: allora praticamente ho letto che:
I primi segnali negativi sono legati ad Halo 3, perché si ottiene l’effetto inverso, ovvero l’allungo dei tempi di caricamento. Inoltre è peggiorata la prestazione del lettore della Xbox 360.

La multinazionale Bungie Software ha fatto subito uscire un comunicato in cui ammetteva la presenza di questi bug. Purtroppo la Bungie ha reso noto che non potrà essere risolto in tempi brevi.

Il problema che è stato evidenziato dalla multinazionale riguarda l’Hard Disk, che non riesce a caricare in modo ottimale le mappe del gioco. Le mappe vengono ogni volta trascritte dal lettore con ovvie perdite di tempo.

L’unica soluzione per ora è giocare ad Halo 3 tramite lettore DVD.

io oltre a questa guida, ho trovato su internet altre testimonianze di persone a cui halo ha rallentato i caricamenti.... forse il tuo è immune è tipo un superdisco di halo

anche a me ha allungato i caricamenti in halo!
per una partita in single avrò aspettato un minuto e mezzo!
per iniziare la campagna non è stato così lento però..forse succede solo
quando si carica un salvataggio..

Cmq ragazzi io ho una decina di giochi installati o quasi,ma certi non girano minimamente,ma altri tipo Grid si,meno rispetto a prima ma il cd gira ugualmente.Pensavo che con quest'opzione il lettore non dovesse più girare.Cmq da quando installo mai riscontrato nessun tipo di rallentamento
