Si avvicina ormai il consueto appuntamento annuale con gli “Spike Videogames Award”, e come previsto sono state annunciate le nominations per ogni singola categoria presa in esame. Quest’anno i giochi ad aver riscosso più interesse da parte della giuria sono stati “Grand Theft Auto V” (Rockstar Games) con 11 nominations, “BioShock Infinite” (2K Games) con 8 nominations, e infine “The Last of Us” (Sony Computer Entertainment) con 7 nominations. Tutti e tre i titoli concorreranno per il premio di “Miglior gioco dell’anno”, assieme a “Tomb Raider” (Square Enix) e “Super Mario 3D World” (Nintendo).
Fra i Publisher vediamo spiccare “Sony Computer Entertainment” con ben 11 nominations, grazie soprattutto al titolo in esclusiva “The Last of Us”, seguita a ruota da “Nintendo” e “2K Games” con 10 nominations ciascuna.
Prevedibile fra gli Sviluppatori la nomination per “Rockstar Games”, grazie al grande successo ottenuto con GTA5, in compagnia di “The Fullbright Company” (Gone Home), “Irrational Games” (BioShock Infinite), e “Naughty Dog” (The Last of Us).
